In both private and couples therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative space where compassion and curiosity guide our work together. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system integration, I support you in healing past wounds and building resilience for life’s challenges.
In sessions, we work with parts of you that feel stuck in past experiences—listening, befriending, and freeing them to move toward ease. I bring a somatic-focused approach, recognizing that trauma is often stored in the body, and use nervous system integration to support resolution. My training includes Somatic Experiencing International, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Neuroscience-Informed Counseling, Sensory Awareness yoga, and a 500-hour advanced yoga certification.
Approaches
Here are the primary modalities I utilize in my practice.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic experiencing is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the body's sensations to help individuals process and release trauma. Clients can expect to engage in mindfulness and awareness of physical sensations, facilitating healing and emotional balance in a safe and supportive environment.

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand and harmonize the various parts of their inner self. By exploring these parts, clients can expect to gain insight into their emotions and behaviors, leading to healing and personal growth.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program designed to help individuals cultivate mindfulness through meditation and awareness practices. Participants can expect to learn techniques that enhance their ability to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and foster a deeper connection to the present moment.
